Mysak’s new website reflects a more sophisticated yet approachable identity with the use of architectural urban imagery balanced with soft, UI design elements. The newly designed homepage aims to create a more prominent first impression for potential clients, emphasizing the company’s expertise and experience in the real estate industry.

REFLECTION
Concluding Thoughts
Collaborating early and often

This project has allowed me to enhance my collaboration skills while working side by side with a developer. I’ve learned that early in the design process, it was most helpful to include developers in presentations of UX research and preliminary designs. I found that this method provided further opportunities for feedback, as the developer was able to flag anything that would be problematic, allowing me to tackle it early. Having developers to engage in design brainstorming sessions also allowed us to clarify what couldn’t be developed and what can’t, providing a more functional viewpoint that reduced rework and delays. Working as the sole UX/UI designer, collaboration helped me gain clarity and confidence in delivering exceptional and viable designs that the client was happy with.
